'Whole' in the Bible

Now we know that whatever the Law says applies to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.

But I ask, "Didn't they hear?" Certainly they did! In fact, "Their voice has gone out into the whole world, and their words to the ends of the earth."

If the first part of the dough is holy, so is the whole batch. If the root is holy, so are the branches.
