'Whom' in the Bible

For those whom the Lord loves He corrects,Even as a father corrects the son in whom he delights.

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due [its rightful recipients],When it is in your power to do it.

A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children,And the wealth of the sinner is stored up for [the hands of] the righteous.
