'Womb' in the Bible

I chose you before I formed you in the womb;I set you apart before you were born.I appointed you a prophet to the nations.

because he didn’t kill me in the wombso that my mother might have been my grave,her womb eternally pregnant.

Why did I come out of the wombto see only struggle and sorrow,to end my life in shame?
