'Wrote' in the Bible
But Jesus said to them, "He wrote this commandment for you because of your hardness of heart.
"Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if someone's brother dies and he leaves behind a wife and does not leave a child, that his brother should take the wife and {father} descendants for his brother.
and he asked for a writing tablet [and] wrote, saying, "John is his name." And they were all astonished.
saying, "Teacher, Moses wrote for us if someone's brother dies having a wife, and this man is childless, that his brother should take the wife and {father} descendants for his brother.
Philip found Nathanael and said to him, "We have found [the one] whom Moses wrote [about] in the law, and the prophets wrote [about]--Jesus son of Joseph from Nazareth!"
For if you had believed Moses, you would believe me, for that one wrote about me.
And Pilate also wrote a notice and placed [it] on the cross, and it was written: "Jesus the Nazarene, the king of the Jews."
And [when] he wanted to cross over to Achaia, the brothers encouraged [him] [and] wrote to the disciples to welcome him. [When he] arrived, {he} assisted greatly those who had believed through grace.
I, Tertius, the one who wrote this letter, greet you in the Lord.
I wrote to you in the letter not to associate with sexually immoral people.
Now concerning [the things] about which you wrote: "[It is] good for a man not to touch a woman."
And I wrote this very [thing] in order that [when I] came, I would not experience sorrow from those who ought to have made me glad, [because I] have confidence about you all, that my joy {belongs to all of you}.
For out of great distress and anguish of heart I wrote to you through many tears, not so that you may be caused to be sad, but so that you may know the love that I have especially for you.
Because for this [reason] also I wrote, in order that I could know your proven character, whether you are obedient in everything.
Consequently, even if I wrote to you, it was not because of the one who did wrong or because of the one who had been wronged, but in order that your diligence {on our behalf} might be revealed to you before God.
According to revelation the mystery was made known to me, just as I wrote beforehand in brief,
And regard the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as also our dear brother Paul wrote to you, according to the wisdom that was given to him,
I wrote something to the church, but Diotrephes, who wants to be first [among] them, does not acknowledge us.
