1 Now this was the lot for the tribe of Manasseh, for he was the firstborn of Joseph. To Machir the firstborn of Manasseh, the father of Gilead, were allotted Gilead and Bashan, because he was a man of war.
2 玛 拿 西 其 馀 的 子 孙 ， 按 着 宗 族 拈 阄 分 地 ， 就 是 亚 比 以 谢 子 孙 ， 希 勒 子 孙 ， 亚 斯 列 子 孙 ， 示 剑 子 孙 ， 希 弗 子 孙 ， 示 米 大 子 孙 ； 这 些 按 着 宗 族 ， 都 是 约 瑟 儿 子 玛 拿 西 子 孙 的 男 丁 。
2 So the lot was made for the rest of the sons of Manasseh according to their families: for the sons of Abiezer and for the sons of Helek and for the sons of Asriel and for the sons of Shechem and for the sons of Hepher and for the sons of Shemida; these were the male descendants of Manasseh the son of Joseph according to their families.
3 玛 拿 西 的 元 孙 ， 玛 吉 的 曾 孙 ， 基 列 的 孙 子 ， 希 弗 的 儿 子 西 罗 非 哈 没 有 儿 子 ， 只 有 女 儿 。 他 的 女 儿 名 叫 玛 拉 、 挪 阿 、 曷 拉 、 密 迦 、 得 撒 ；
3 However, Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, had no sons, only daughters; and these are the names of his daughters: Mahlah and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah.
4 他 们 来 到 祭 司 以 利 亚 撒 和 嫩 的 儿 子 约 书 亚 并 众 首 领 面 前 ， 说 ： 耶 和 华 曾 吩 咐 摩 西 在 我 们 弟 兄 中 分 给 我 们 产 业 。 於 是 约 书 亚 照 耶 和 华 所 吩 咐 的 ， 在 他 们 伯 叔 中 ， 把 产 业 分 给 他 们 。
4 They came near before Eleazar the priest and before Joshua the son of Nun and before the leaders, saying, “The Lord commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brothers.” So according to the command of the Lord he gave them an inheritance among their father’s brothers.
9 其 界 下 到 加 拿 河 的 南 边 。 在 玛 拿 西 城 邑 中 的 这 些 城 邑 都 归 以 法 莲 。 玛 拿 西 的 地 界 是 在 河 北 直 通 到 海 为 止 ；
9 The border went down to the brook of Kanah, southward of the brook (these cities belonged to Ephraim among the cities of Manasseh), and the border of Manasseh was on the north side of the brook and it ended at the sea.
11 玛 拿 西 在 以 萨 迦 和 亚 设 境 内 ， 有 伯 善 和 属 伯 善 的 镇 市 ， 以 伯 莲 和 属 以 伯 莲 的 镇 市 ， 多 珥 的 居 民 和 属 多 珥 的 镇 市 ； 又 有 三 处 山 冈 ， 就 是 隐 多 珥 和 属 隐 多 珥 的 镇 市 ； 他 纳 的 居 民 和 属 他 纳 的 镇 市 ， 米 吉 多 的 居 民 和 属 米 吉 多 的 镇 市 。
11 In Issachar and in Asher, Manasseh had Beth-shean and its towns and Ibleam and its towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, and the inhabitants of En-dor and its towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and its towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns, the third is Napheth.
15 约 书 亚 说 ： 你 们 如 果 族 大 人 多 ， 嫌 以 法 莲 山 地 窄 小 ， 就 可 以 上 比 利 洗 人 、 利 乏 音 人 之 地 ， 在 树 林 中 砍 伐 树 木 。
15 Joshua said to them, “If you are a numerous people, go up to the forest and clear a place for yourself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the Rephaim, since the hill country of Ephraim is too narrow for you.”
16 约 瑟 的 子 孙 说 ： 那 山 地 容 不 下 我 们 ， 并 且 住 平 原 的 迦 南 人 ， 就 是 住 伯 善 和 属 伯 善 的 镇 市 ， 并 住 耶 斯 列 平 原 的 人 ， 都 有 铁 车 。
16 The sons of Joseph said, “The hill country is not enough for us, and all the Canaanites who live in the valley land have chariots of iron, both those who are in Beth-shean and its towns and those who are in the valley of Jezreel.”
18 山 地 也 要 归 你 ， 虽 是 树 林 ， 你 也 可 以 砍 伐 ； 靠 近 之 地 必 归 你 。 迦 南 人 虽 有 铁 车 ， 虽 是 强 盛 ， 你 也 能 把 他 们 赶 出 去 。
18 but the hill country shall be yours. For though it is a forest, you shall clear it, and to its farthest borders it shall be yours; for you shall drive out the Canaanites, even though they have chariots of iron and though they are strong.”
