Exodus 29:31

Instructions For Consecrating Aaron And His Sons

³⁰ For seven days the one of his sons who is priest in his stead shall put them on when he enters the tent of meeting to minister in the holy place. ³¹ “You shall take the ram of ordination and boil its flesh in a holy place. ³² Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram and the bread that is in the basket, at the doorway of the tent of meeting.

Then Moses said to Aaron and to his sons, “Boil the flesh at the doorway of the tent of meeting, and eat it there together with the bread which is in the basket of the ordination offering, just as I commanded, saying, ‘Aaron and his sons shall eat it.’

1 Samuel 2:13

and the custom of the priests with the people. When any man was offering a sacrifice, the priest’s servant would come while the meat was boiling, with a three-pronged fork in his hand.
