The Beatitudes

¹¹ Blessed are you when men revile you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake. ¹² Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. ¹³ You are the salt of the earth. If its taste goes away, how will you restore it? It is good for nothing. All you can do is throw it on the ground and walk on it.

Luke 6:23
