⁸ If the LORD have lust to us, he will bring us into this land and give it us, which is a land that floweth with milk and honey. ⁹ But in any wise, rebel not against the LORD. Moreover fear ye not the people of the land, for they are but bread for us. Their shield is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not therefore." ¹⁰ And all the whole multitude bade stone them with stones. But the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of witness, unto all the children of Israel.
