Prayer For Spiritual Maturity

⁸ For God is my witness how I yearn over all of you with tender Christian affection. ⁹ And it is my prayer that your love may be more and more accompanied by clear knowledge and keen perception, for testing things that differ, ¹⁰ so that you may be men of transparent character, and may be blameless, in preparation for the day of Christ,

Colossians 1:9

For this reason we also, from the day we first received these tidings, have never ceased to pray for you and to entreat that you may be filled with a clear knowledge of His will accompanied by thorough wisdom and discernment in spiritual things;

and have clothed yourselves with the new self which is being remoulded into full knowledge so as to become like Him who created it.
