3 From the voice of the enemy, from the face of the oppression of the unjust one: for they will bring down vanity upon me, for in anger they will lie in wait for me.
3 Because of the voice of the enemy,Because of the (F)pressure of the wicked; For they (G)bring down (c)trouble upon meAnd in anger they (H)bear a grudge against me.
3 Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
3 because of the enemy’s voice, because of the pressure(b) of the wicked. For they bring down disaster on me(c)and harass me in anger.(D)
3 because of the voice of the enemy, and because of the oppression of the wicked. They bring down evil upon me, and in anger they hate me.
10 Day and night they will surround it upon its walls: and vanity and trouble in her midst
10 Day and night they go around her upon her walls,And iniquity and mischief are in her midst.
10 Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof: mischief also and sorrow are in the midst of it.
10 Day and night they prowl around its walls; evil and iniquity are within it.
12 For not the enemy will reproach me, and I will bear: not he hating me magnified against me; and I will hide from him.
12 For it is (T)not an enemy who reproaches me,Then I could bear it;Nor is it one who hates me who (U)has exalted himself against me,Then I could hide myself from him.
12 For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:
12 Now it is not an enemy who insults me—otherwise I could bear it;it is not a foe who rises up against me—otherwise I could hide from him.
12 For it is not an enemy who insults me I could have handled that nor is it someone who hates me and who now arises against me I could have hidden myself from him
15 Death shall lay waste upon them; they shall go down living to hades, for evils in their sojournings in the midst of them.
15 Let (l)death come (Y)deceitfully upon them;Let them (Z)go down alive to (m)Sheol,For evil is in their dwelling, in their midst.
15 Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.
15 Let death take them by surprise;(O)let them go down to Sheol alive, because evil is in their homes and within them.(P)
15 Let death seize them! May they be plunged alive into the afterlife, for wicked things are in their homes and among them.
17 Evening and morning and noon I will meditate and make a noise, and he will hear my voice.

17 Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
17 Morning, noon, and night, I mulled over these things and cried out in my distress, and he heard my voice.
18 He redeemed my soul in peace from the encounter against me: for with many they were with me.
18 He will (AE)redeem my soul in peace (n)from the battle which is against me,For they are (AF)many who strive with me.
18 He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
18 He calmly ransomed my soul from the war waged against me, for there was a vast crowd who stood against me.
19 God will hear and he will humble them, and he dwelt of old. Silence. With whom no changes to them and they feared not God.
19 God will (AG)hear and (o)answer them—Even the one (AH)who (p)sits enthroned from of old— Selah. With whom there (q)is no change,And who (AI)do not fear God.
19 God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
19 God, the One enthroned from long ago,(U)will hear and will humiliate themSelahbecause they do not changeand do not fear God.(V)
19 God, who is enthroned from long ago, will hear me and humble them. Interlude Because they do not repent, they do not fear God.
