תִּתְחַ֥ר
tiṯ·ḥar
do fret
בַּמְּרֵעִ֑ים
bam·mə·rê·‘îm;
אַל־
’al-
תְּ֝קַנֵּ֗א
tə·qan·nê,
– בָּרְשָׁעִֽים׃
bā·rə·šā·‘îm.
of the wicked –
