'Give Ear' in the Bible

Hear O heavens, And give ear, O earth, for Yahweh, hath spoken: - Sons, have I brought up, and advanced, And, they, have rebelled against me.

Hear the word of Yahweh, ye rulers of Sodom, - Give ear to the instruction of our God, ye people of Gomorrah: -

Rage, O ye peoples, - and be overthrown, And give ear, all ye distant parts of the earth, - Gird yourselves and be overthrown, Gird yourselves, and be overthrown:

Give ear, and hear ye my voice, - Hearken, and hear ye my speech: -

Ye women in comfort! arise hear my voice, Ye daughters so confident give ear to my speech: -

Who among you, will give ear to this, - Let him hearken and hear, for an aftertime?

Hearken, ye Coastlands, unto me, And give ear ye peoples afar off, - Yahweh, called me, from my birth, From my nativity, made he mention of my name;

Attend unto me, O my people, And, O, my nation unto me give ear, - For, instruction, from me, shall go forth, And, my justice - for a light of peoples, will I establish:
