'Give Ear' in the Bible

Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD has spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.

Hear the word of the LORD, you rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, you people of Gomorrah.

Be shattered, O you people, you shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all you from far countries: gird yourselves, and you shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and you shall be broken in pieces.

Give ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech.

Rise up, you women that are at ease; hear my voice, you complacent daughters; give ear unto my speech.

Who among you will give ear to this? who will hearken and hear for the time to come?

Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my justice to rest for a light of the people.
