Then the lame will leap like a deer,and the tongue of the mute will sing for joy,for water will gush in the wilderness,and streams in the desert;

Let the desert and its cities shout,the settlements where Kedar dwells cry aloud.Let the inhabitants of Sela sing for joy;let them cry out from the mountaintops.

Sing for joy, Daughter Zion;shout loudly, Israel!Be glad and rejoice with all your heart,Daughter Jerusalem!
