'Wise Man' in the Bible

Then every one who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, who built his house upon the rock.

Where is the wise man? where is the scribe? where is the investigator of this age? has not God rendered the wisdom of the world foolishness?

I speak this to your shame. Is there not one wise man among you who shall be able to judge between his brother?
