Romans 16:17-20 - Concluding Exhortations

¹⁷ Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them who cause divisions and offences, contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned, and avoid them. ¹⁸ For such serve not the Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by good words and fair speeches, deceive the hearts of the simple.

¹⁹ For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I rejoice therefore on your behalf; but I would have you wise with regard to that which is good, and simple with regard to that which is evil. ²⁰ And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

¹³ Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, acquit yourselves like men; be strong. ¹⁴ Let all your affairs be done in love.

¹⁵ And I beseech you, brethren, as ye know the houshold of Stephanas, that it is the first-fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to serve the saints, ¹⁶ That ye also submit to such, and to every one that worketh with us and laboureth. ¹⁷ I rejoice at the coming of Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus: for they have supplied what was wanting on your part. ¹⁸ For they have refreshed my spirit and yours; such therefore acknowledge.
