he who would love Life and enjoy good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile:

let him shun wrong and do right, let him seek peace and make peace his aim.

Even supposing you have to suffer for the sake of what is right, still you are blessed. Have no fear of their threats, do not let that trouble you,

Well, as Christ has suffered for us in the flesh, let this very conviction that he who has suffered in the flesh gets quit of sin,

So let those who are suffering by the will of God trust their souls to him, their faithful Creator, as they continue to do right.

let all your anxieties fall upon him, for his interest is in you.
