He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.

young men and young women as well, [the] old [together] with [the] young--

Let the men of lovingkindness exult as they glory, Let them shout aloud upon their beds:

as they bring retribution to nations and punishment to nations,

that they may be avenged of them, as it is written. Such honour have all his saints. Praise the everlasting! Hallelujah!

These are the ways of all such as be covetous, that one would ravish another's life.

So as to incline thine ear unto wisdom, And apply thy heart to understanding;

Strive not lightly with any man, wher as he hath done thee no harm.

Have no envy of the violent man, or take any of his ways as an example.

That thou mayest preserve discretion, - and, as for knowledge, that thy lips may guard it.
