While he spoke these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshiped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay your hand upon her, and she shall live.

At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them unto babes.
All these things spoke Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spoke he not unto them:
Jesus said unto them, Have you understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed from there.
And when he came into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, From where has this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
And his sisters, are they not all with us? from where then has this man all these things?
These people draw near unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashed hands defiles not a man.
But whoever shall offend one of these little ones who believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.
Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the region of Judea beyond Jordan;
The young man said unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
Saying, These last have worked but one hour, and you have made them equal unto us, who have borne the burden and heat of the day.
And he said unto her, What will you? She said unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on your right hand, and the other on the left, in your kingdom.
And said unto him, Do you hear what these say? And Jesus said unto them, Yea; have you never read, Out of the mouth of babes and infants you have perfected praise?
And when he came into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority do you these things? and who gave you this authority?
And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if you tell me, I likewise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, justice, mercy, and faith: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
And Jesus said unto them, See you not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?
And you shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that you be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
All these are the beginning of sorrows.
So likewise you, when you shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Since you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me.
Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Since you did it not to one of the least of these, you did it not to me.
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answer you nothing? what is it which these witness against you?
And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned among themselves, he said unto them, Why reason you these things in your hearts?
And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are outside, all these things are done in parables:
And these are they by the wayside, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan comes immediately, and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts.
And these are they likewise who are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
And these are they who are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.
And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From where has this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
And his disciples answered him, From where can a man satisfy these men with bread here in the desert?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering said unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
And the second is like, namely this, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.
Who devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayers: these shall receive greater condemnation.
And Jesus answering said unto him, See these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in various places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
So you in like manner, when you shall see these things come to pass, know that it is near, even at the doors.

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with new tongues;
And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stands in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto you, and to show you these glad tidings.
And, behold, you shall be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things shall be performed, because you believe not my words, which shall be fulfilled in their time.
And fear came on all that dwelt round about them: and all these sayings were spread abroad throughout all the hill country of Judea.
And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.
Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bore fruit a hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that has ears to hear, let him hear.
Those on the rock are they, who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who for awhile believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brothers are these who hear the word of God, and do it.

And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to oppose him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:
Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knows that you have need of these things.
But rather seek you the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose you that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans, because they suffered such things?
Then said he unto the vinedresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbers it the ground?
And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.
And when one of them that sat at table with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.
So that servant came, and showed his lord these things. Then the Master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor, and the maimed, and the lame, and the blind.
And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years have I served you, neither transgressed I at any time your commandment: and yet you never gave me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.
It would be better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he was cast into the sea, than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble.
Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet you lack one thing: sell all that you have, and distribute unto the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.
