For Herod having arrested John, bound him and put him in prison because of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife.
For Herod himself having sent forth, he arrested John, and bound him in prison because of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife, because he married her.
But Herod the tetrarch, being reproved by him about Herodias his brother's wife, and about all of which evil things Herod had done, also added this to them all, he even locked up John in prison.
