If you warn the wicked person, and he doesn't repent of his wickedness or of his wicked behavior, he'll die in his sin, but you will have saved your own life.

So the Jewish leaders were asking, "He isn't going to kill himself, is he? Is that why he said, "You cannot come where I'm going'?" He told them, "You are from below, I'm from above. You are of this world, but I'm not of this world.

Because Jesus knew that the Father had given everything into his control, that he had come from God, and that he was returning to God,


Little children, I'm with you only a little longer. You will look for me, but what I told the Jewish leaders I now tell you, "Where I'm going, you cannot come.'
