The kings of Tarshish and of the isles will bring tribute (presents). The kings of Sheba and Seba will offer gifts.
I will set up a sign among them and send some of their survivors to the nations: to Tarshish, Put and Lud, Meshech, Rosh, Tubal, Javan, and to the distant coastlands who have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will tell about my glory among the nations.
The sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim (Dodanim). From these the maritime peoples spread out into their territories by their clans within their nations, each with its own language.
