Thou tellest my flittings, thou puttest my tears in thy bottle, and numberest them. Are not these things noted in thy book? Whensoever I call upon thee, then shall mine enemies be put to flight; whereby I know that thou art my God. In God's word will I rejoice, in the LORD's word will I comfort me.

So that then thou shalt say, "I will praise thee O LORD, that though thou were angry with me, yet thine anger is turned, and thou hast comforted me.

Thou hast brought me to great honour, and comforted me on every side.

Show some token upon me for good, that they which hate me may see it and be ashamed; because thou, LORD, hast helped me, and comforted me.

For the LORD hath compassion on Zion and hath compassion on all that is decayed therein, and will make her wilderness as paradise, and her desert as the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness shall be found therein, with thanksgiving and the voice of praise.

Yea I, I am even he, that in all things giveth you consolation. What art thou then, that fearest a mortal man; the child of man, which goeth away as doeth the flour,

For ye shall suck comfort out of her breasts, and be satisfied. Ye shall taste, and have delight in the plenteousness of her power.
