Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.
Then he who had betrayed Him, seeing that He was condemned, sorrowing, Judas returned the thirty pieces of silver again to the chief priests and elders, saying, I have sinned, betraying innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? You see to that. And he threw the pieces of silver down in the temple and departed. And he went and hanged himself.
And brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. And the children shall rise up against their parents and cause them to be put to death.

But I will not completely take My loving-kindness from him, and I will not be false in My faithfulness.
It is better to trust in Jehovah than to trust in man.

The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Jehovah shall be safe.
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You; because he trusts in You. Trust in Jehovah forever; for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.
For this cause I also suffer these things; but I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that He is able to guard My deposit unto that Day.
