And now, O Lord Jehovah, You are that God, and Your Words are true, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant.

The Law of Jehovah is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making the simple wise.

The works of His hands are truth and judgment; all His commands are true,

Because you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it crushes the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold, the great God has made known to the king what shall occur after this. And the dream is certain, and its meaning is sure.

Faithful is the Word and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.

Faithful is the Word, and worthy of all acceptance. For to this we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the preserver of all men, especially of those who believe.

And He sitting on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful.

A Song of degrees. They who trust in Jehovah shall be like Mount Zion; it is not shaken, but remains forever.

And one shall say in that day, Lo, this is our God. We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is Jehovah; we have waited for Him, we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.

For this cause I also suffer these things; but I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that He is able to guard My deposit unto that Day.

You shall not have in your bag two kinds of weights, a great stone and a small. You shall not have in your house two kinds of measures, a great ephah and a small. You shall have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure you shall have, so that your days may be lengthened in the land which Jehovah your God gives you.read more.
For all that do such things, all that do unrighteousness, are hateful to Jehovah your God.

You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin. I am Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

False balances are hateful to Jehovah; but a just weight is His delight.

Different kinds of weights are hateful to Jehovah, and a false balance is not good.

He is a merchant; the scales of deceit are in his hand; he loves to oppress.

Shall I count those with the wicked scales pure, and those with the bag of deceitful weights?

And they did not make an accounting with the men into whose hands they gave the silver to be given to the workmen. For they dealt faithfully.

Only, the silver that is given into their hand shall not be reckoned with them, for they are dealing in faithfulness.

He who is faithful in the least is also faithful in much. And he who is unjust in the least is also unjust in much. Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will entrust the true riches to you? And if you have not been faithful in that which is another's, who shall give you that which is your own?

And you shall look out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating unjust gain. And place such over them to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

And his sons did not walk in his ways, but turned aside after ill gain and took bribes and perverted judgment.

Wealth gotten by vanity shall be taken away, but he who gathers by hand shall increase.

By the host of your iniquities, by the iniquity of your trade, you have profaned your holy places; so I brought a fire from your midst; it shall devour you, and I will give you for ashes on the earth, before the eyes of all who see you.

Likewise the deacons are to be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of ill gain,

One going with slander is a revealer of secrets, but the faithful of spirit keeps the matter hidden.

A gossip is a revealer of secrets; so do not mix with him who flatters with his lips.

Debate your cause with your neighbor; and do not uncover a secret to another,

He who breathes truth shows forth righteousness, but a false witness deceit.

Righteous lips are the delight of kings, and they love him who speaks right.

These are the things that you shall do. Each man speak the truth to his neighbor. Judge with truth and justice for peace in your gates. And let each devise no evil in your heart against his neighbor; and love no false oath. For all these are things that I hate, says Jehovah.

But that you, speaking the truth in love, may in all things grow up to Him who is the Head, even Christ;

He shall kiss the lips that return right words.

Like cold snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to his senders; for he makes return to his master's soul.

Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.

But he not knowing, and doing things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For to whomever much is given, of him much shall be required. And to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

For it is as if a man going abroad called his own servants and gave them his goods. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to each according to his ability. You knew that I reaped where I did not sow, and gathered where I did not scatter, then you should have put my money to the exchangers, and coming I would have received my own with interest.

And He called his ten servants and delivered ten minas, and said to them, Trade until I come back. But his citizens hated him. And when he had received his kingdom and had returned, then it happened that he commanded these servants to be called to him; the ones to whom he had given the silver; so that he might know what each had gained by trading. And came the first, saying, Lord, your mina has gained ten minas. And he said to him, Well done, good servant, because you have been faithful in a least thing, have authority over ten cities. And the second came, saying, Lord, your mina has made five minas. And he said the same to him, You be over five cities. And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is your mina, which I have kept in a handkerchief. For I feared you, because you are a harsh man. You take up what you did not lay down, and you reap what you did not sow. And he said to him, I will judge you out of your own mouth, wicked servant! You knew that I was a harsh man, taking up what I had not laid down and reaping what I did not sow. And why did you not give my silver on the bank table, and coming I might have exacted it with interest?

So let a man think of us as ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. And the rest, it is sought among stewards that one be found faithful.

For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward; but if against my will, I am entrusted with a stewardship.

O Timothy, guard the Deposit, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of falsely-named science,

Guard the good Deposit given through the Holy Spirit indwelling in us.

Feed the flock of God among you, taking the oversight, not by compulsion, but willingly; nor for base gain, but readily; nor as lording it over those allotted to you by God, but becoming examples to the flock.

Even so their wives are to be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things.

For an overseer must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not full of passion, not given to wine, not quarrelsome, not greedy for ill gain;

They gave to the artisans and builders, to buy cut stone and timber for joints, and beams to build up the houses which the kings of Judah had destroyed. And the men did the work faithfully. And the overseers of them were Jahath and Obadiah, the Levites, of the sons of Merari; and Zechariah and Meshullam, of the sons of the Kohathites, and of the Levites, all who were skillful with instruments of music;
