11 Bible Verses about Christ's Limbs

For just as in one body we have many members, but all the members do not have the same function, in the same way we who are many are one body in Christ, and {individually} members of one another,

because we are members of his body.

For just as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of the body, [although they] are many, are one body, thus also Christ.

Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Therefore, shall I take away the members of Christ [and] make [them] members of a prostitute? May it never be!

Therefore, putting aside the lie, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, because we are members of one another.

Now you are the body of Christ, and members {of it individually},

from whom the whole body, joined together and held together by every supporting ligament, according to the working by measure of each single part, the growth of the body makes for the building up of itself in love.

So the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who had been crucified with him. But [when they] came to Jesus, after they saw he was already dead, they did not break his legs. But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and blood and water came out immediately.

[He] protects all his bones; not one of them is broken.

and not holding fast to the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by the ligaments and sinews, grows with the growth of God.
