And behold, a man cried aloud from the crowd, saying, Teacher, I beseech You, look on my son, for he is my only-born son. And lo, a spirit takes him, and he suddenly cries out. And it throws him into convulsions, with foaming, and with pain departs from him, bruising him.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Be quiet, and come out of him.

My daughter is grievously vexed with a demon. But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came and begged Him, saying, Send her away, for she cries after us.read more.

But He answered and said, It is not good to take the children's bread and to throw it to dogs. So be it to you even as you wish. And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

And He arose from there and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon. And He entered into a house and desired no one to know it. But He could not be hidden. For a woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of Him and came and fell at His feet. The woman was a Greek, a Syro-phoenician by race. And she begged Him that He would cast the demon out of her daughter.read more.
