For sin shall not have dominion over you: for you are not under the law, but under grace.

Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that you should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the ones approaching perfect.

For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believes.

And be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree:

To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture has consigned all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by which we draw near unto God.
