Jesus said to them, “The sons of this [world and present] age marry and [the women] are given in marriage;

The father of the young woman shall say to the elders, ‘I gave my daughter to this man as a wife, but he hates her and has turned against her;

Laban said, “It is better that I give her [in marriage] to you than give her to another man. Stay and work with me.”
