You gave me no kiss; but she, from the time I came in, has not ceased to kiss my feet. You did not anoint my head with oil; but she has anointed my feet with ointment. Wherefore, I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much. But he to whom little is forgiven, loves little. And he said to her: Your sins are forgiven. And those who reclined at table with him began to say within themselves: Who is this that also forgives sins? But he said to the woman: Your faith has saved you; go in peace.

Luke 18:35-43

And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient, by the wisdom of the just, in order to make ready for the Lord a prepared people.
