When therefore the Lord of the vineyard cometh, what will he do to those husbandmen?
So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do to them?

Woe to you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. As if a man fled from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
To deliver such one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein will be burned up.
Who will also confirm you to the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
As also ye have acknowledged us in part, that we are your rejoicing, even as ye also are ours in the day of the Lord Jesus.
