Honour thy father and thy mother, that thy days may be prolonged in the land that Jehovah thy God giveth thee.

Before the hoary head thou shalt rise up, and shalt honour the face of an old man; and thou shalt fear thy God: I am Jehovah.

Having yet therefore one beloved son, he sent also him to them the last, saying, They will have respect for my son.
And the lord of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: perhaps when they see him they will respect him.
Moreover we have had the fathers of our flesh as chasteners, and we reverenced them; shall we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and live?
Thou shalt be over my house, and according to thy commandment shall all my people regulate themselves; only concerning the throne will I be greater than thou.
