And he believed in Jehovah. And He counted it to him for righteousness.
For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness."
Is this blessedness then on the circumcision only, or on the uncircumcision also? For we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.
And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness, and he was called the friend of God."
And he received a sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith while still uncircumcised; so that he might be the father of all those believing through uncircumcision, for righteousness to be imputed to them also;
Therefore it is of faith so that it might be according to grace; for the promise to be made sure to all the seed, not only to that which is of the Law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all
Behold, the soul of him is lifted up, and is not upright; but the just shall live by his faith.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."
But that no one is justified by the Law in the sight of God is clear, for, "The just shall live by faith."
Now, "the Just shall live by faith. But if he draws back, My soul shall have no pleasure in him."
But to him not working, but believing on Him justifying the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
even the righteousness of God through the faith of Jesus Christ, toward all and upon all those who believe. For there is no difference,
What shall we say then? That the nations, who did not follow after righteousness have taken on righteousness, but a righteousness of faith.
and be found in Him; not having my own righteousness, which is of the Law, but through the faith of Christ, the righteousness of God by faith,
But the righteousness of faith says this: "Do not say in your heart, Who shall ascend into Heaven?" that is, to bring Christ down;
For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.
For the promise that he should be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
knowing that a man is not justified by works of the Law, but through faith in Jesus Christ; even we believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith in Christ, and not by works of the Law. For all flesh will not be justified by works of law.

And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the nations through faith, preached the gospel before to Abraham, saying, "In you shall all nations be blessed."
So that the Law has become a trainer of us until Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
By faith Noah, having been warned by God of things not yet seen, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
