Then Jesus said to them, "Is it right on the Sabbath to do people good, or to do them evil, to save life or to take it?" Then He glanced around at them all and said to him, "Put out your hand." And he did so, and his hand was at once completely restored. But they were filled with fury and began to discuss what they could do to Jesus.

Mark 1:30-31

And Simon's mother-in-law was confined to her bed with a fever. So they at once told Him about her. Then He went up to her, grasped her hand, and had her get up. The fever left her, and she began to wait upon them.

Luke 4:38-40

Then He rose to leave the synagogue, and He went to Simon's house. And Simon's mother-in-law was in the grip of a burning fever; so they asked Him about her. Then He took His stand by her and reproved the fever, and it left her. She got up at once and began to wait on them. Luke 14:1-6

One Sabbath, when He went to take a meal at the house of a Pharisee who was a member of the council, they continued to watch Him closely. Just in front of Him was a man who was suffering from dropsy. He answered the experts in the law and the Pharisees by asking, "Is it right to cure people on the Sabbath or not?"read more.
But they made no answer. So He took hold of the man and cured him and sent him away. Then He said to them, "Which of you, if his son or ox falls into a well, will not at once pull him out on the Sabbath?" But they could make no reply to this.

Jesus saw him lying there, and when He found out that he had been in that condition for a long time, He asked him, "Do you want to get well?" The sick man answered, "Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is moved, but while I am trying to get down, somebody else steps down ahead of me."read more.
Jesus said to him, "Get up, pick up your pallet, and go to walking." And at once the man was well, and picked up his pallet, and went to walking. Now it was the Sabbath. So the Jews began to say to the man who had been cured, "It is the Sabbath, and it is against the law for you to carry your pallet." He answered them, "The man who cured me said to me, 'Pick up your pallet and go to walking.'" They asked him, "Who is the man that said to you, 'Pick up your pallet and go to walking'?" The man who had been cured did not know who He was, for since there was a crowd at the place, Jesus had slipped away. Afterward Jesus found him in the temple court, and said to him, "See! You are now well. Stop sinning or something worse may befall you." The man went back and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had cured him. This is why the Jews were persecuting Jesus, because He persisted in doing such things on the Sabbath. Then He answered them, "My Father is still working, and so am I." It was on account of this that the Jews tried all the harder to put Him to death, because He not only persisted in breaking the Sabbath, but also kept on saying that God was His Father, and so was making Himself equal to God.

John 9:1-16

As He passed along, He saw a man who had been blind from his birth. So His disciples asked Him, "Teacher, for whose sin was this man born blind, his own or that of his parents?" Jesus answered, "It was neither for his own sin nor for that of his parents, but to show what God could do in his case.read more.
We must continue to do the works of Him who sent me while it is daylight. Night is coming when no one can do any work. While I am in the world, I am the light of the world." He answered, "The man called Jesus made some clay and rubbed it on my eyes, and said to me, 'Go to Siloam and wash them.' So when I had gone and washed them I could see." Then they asked him, "Where is He?" He answered, "I do not know." They took the man who had been blind to the Pharisees. Now it was on the Sabbath when Jesus had made the clay and caused the man's eyes to see. So the Pharisees again asked him how he had come to see. He answered them: "He put some clay on my eyes, and I washed them, and so now I can see." Then some of the Pharisees said, "This man does not come from God, for He does not keep the Sabbath." Others said, "How can a sinful man perform such wonder- works?" So there was a difference of opinion among them.

Mark 6:2

When the Sabbath came, He began to teach in the synagogue. And the people were dumbfounded when they heard Him, and said, "Where did He get all these things? What sort of wisdom is it that has been given Him? And such mighty deeds are done by Him!

Matthew 13:54

He went to His own home town, and kept teaching in their synagogue in such a way that they were dumbfounded, and said, "Where did He get this wisdom and this power to do such wonder-works?
