Now then go, and I, even I, will be with your mouth. I will teach you what you are to say.

Balaam answered: I am here now. But now, what power do I have? I can say only what God tells me to say.
Even if Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not do anything contrary to the command of Jehovah either good or bad, of my own accord. What Jehovah speaks, that I will speak!
Micaiah answered: By the living God Jehovah I promise that I will say what he tells me to say!
Speak my words to them whether they listen or not, because they are rebellious.
He then said to me: Son of man, go to the people of Israel and speak my words to them.
I will give you ability to talk and words of wisdom, which your adversaries shall not be able to resist or refute.
Jehovah, the God of hosts says: Because you have spoken this word and I am making my words fire in your mouth. This people are wood and will be consumed.
Jehovah met Balaam and told him what to say. He sent him back to Balak to give him his message.
This is my promise to them,says Jehovah. My Spirit is on you and my words that I put in your mouth will not leave you. They will be with your children and your grandchildren permanently, says Jehovah
When they hand you over, do not worry about what to say and how to say it. You will be given the words to speak at that time.
When they deliver you up to judgment, do not worry before hand what you shall speak. Holy Spirit will give it to you at that time.
Jesus said: When you have lifted up (impaled) the Son of man you will know that I am that person. I do nothing by myself! I speak what the Father taught me!
I spoke not from myself but from the Father who sent me. He has given me a commandment concerning what I should say when I speak.
Do you not believe that I am with the Father and that the Father is with me? The words I say to you are not from me, but the Father dwells with me and does his works.
I gave them the words that you gave me. They understood them and knew I came from you. They believed you sent me.
They were all filled with the Holy Spirit. They began to speak with different tongues, as the Spirit moved them to speak.
You spoke by the mouth of your servant David: Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things? (Psalm 2:1)
If they had stood in my council they would have announced my words to my people. They would have turned them back from their evil way and from the evil of their deeds.
