8 Bible Verses about Spiritual Hunger

as new-born babes, long ye for the spiritual, unadulterated milk, that thereby ye may grow unto salvation,

"Happy are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness: because they shall be filled.

for the Bread of God is He Who cometh down out of Heaven, and giveth life to the world." They said, therefore, to Him, "Lord, evermore give us this bread." Jesus said to them, "I am the Bread of Life; he who comes to Me shall not hunger, and he who believes on Me shall never thirst.

Now, on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood, and cried, saying, "If anyone thirst, let him come to Me and drink.

And He said to me, "It has come to pass. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give to him that thirsted of the fountain of the water of life freely.

"And the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come'; and let him that hears say, 'Come'; and let him that thirsts say, 'Come'; he that will let him take the water of life freely.
