Then Jesus left the Temple courts and was walking away, when his disciples came to point out to him the Temple buildings. "You see all these buildings?" he answered them; "I tell you solemnly that there shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be torn down."
As Jesus was walking out of the Temple courts, one of his disciples said to him, "Look, Teacher, what wonderful stones and buildings these are!" "You see these mighty buildings? There shall not be left here one stone upon another which shall not be thrown down," he answered.

"Master," said Martha, the sister of the dead man "he is offensive by this time, for he has been four days in the tomb." Then they rolled the stone away; and Jesus lifted up his eyes and said: "Father, I thank thee that thou hast listened to me. And I knew that thou art ever listening to me, but for the sake of the crowd who are standing about, I said it, in order that they may believe that thou hast sent me." When he had said this he cried with a great voice, "Lazarus, come forth!" Out came the dead man, wrapped hand and foot with grave-clothes, and his face bound up in a napkin. Jesus said to them, "Untie him, and let him go."

And the rest of mankind who were not killed with these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands. They would not give up the worship of demons and of idols made of gold and silver, and brass, and stone, and wood, which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk.
