And I will give you a new heart, and will put a new spirit in you. And will take away that stony heart out of your flesh, and give you a fleshly heart. And I will put my spirit in you, and will make that ye shall walk in mine ordinances and keep my laws and do them.

not of the deeds of righteousness which we wrought, but of his mercy, he saved us, by the fountain of the new birth, and with the renewing of the holy ghost, which he shed on us abundantly, through Jesus Christ our saviour;

Husbands: love your wives, even as Christ loved the congregation, and gave himself for it, to sanctify it, and cleansed it in the fountain of water through the word, to make it unto himself a glorious congregation without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing: but that it should be holy and without blame.

It is the spirit that quickeneth, the flesh profiteth nothing. The words that I speak unto you are spirit and life.

which were born not of blood nor of the will of the flesh, nor yet of the will of man: but of God.

That which is born of the flesh, is flesh. And that which is born of the spirit, is spirit.
