For we who live are always given over to death because of Jesus, so that Jesus’ life may also be revealed in our mortal flesh.

I can testify that by their own free will they have given to the utmost of their ability, yes, even beyond their ability.

That he might make them free who were under the law, and that we might be given the place of sons.

Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.

You have been severed from Christ, if you seek to be justified [that is, declared free of the guilt of sin and its penalty, and placed in right standing with God] through the Law; you have fallen from grace [for you have lost your grasp on God’s unmerited favor and blessing].

But if you are given to fighting with one another, take care that you are not the cause of destruction one to another.

And all who shall regulate their lives by this principle--may peace and mercy be given to them--and to the true Israel of God.
