'Humility' in the Bible

You have given me the shield of Your salvation;Your right hand upholds me,and Your humility exalts me.

in your splendor ride triumphantlyin the cause of truth, humility, and justice.May your right hand show your awe-inspiring acts.

When pride comes, disgrace follows,but with humility comes wisdom.

The fear of the Lord is what wisdom teaches,and humility comes before honor. >

Before his downfall a man’s heart is proud,but humility comes before honor.

The result of humility is fear of the Lord,along with wealth, honor, and life.

Do nothing out of rivalry or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves.

Although these have a reputation of wisdom by promoting ascetic practices, humility, and severe treatment of the body, they are not of any value in curbing self-indulgence.

Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,
