'Later' in the Bible
Six days later Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John the brother of James, and led them privately up a high mountain.
The boy answered, 'I will not.' But later he had a change of heart and went.
For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him. But the tax collectors and prostitutes did believe. Although you saw this, you did not later change your minds and believe him.
Later, the other virgins came too, saying, 'Lord, lord! Let us in!'

The sins of some people are obvious, going before them into judgment, but for others, they show up later.
By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place he would later receive as an inheritance, and he went out without understanding where he was going.
Now all discipline seems painful at the time, not joyful. But later it produces the fruit of peace and righteousness for those trained by it.
For you know that later when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no opportunity for repentance, although he sought the blessing with tears.
