'Personal' in the Bible

They repay me evil for good,To the sorrow of my soul.

“I said to the arrogant, ‘Do not boast;’And to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up the horn [of self-glorification].

“Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him;I will set him [securely] on high, because he knows My name [he confidently trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never abandon him, no, never].

Who satisfies your years with good things,So that your youth is renewed like the [soaring] eagle.
