'Sake' in the Bible

Turn, O Yahweh; deliver my life. Save me for the sake of your steadfast love.

He restores my life. He leads me in {correct paths} for the sake of his name.

Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions. According to your loyal love remember me [if] you [will], for the sake of your goodness, O Yahweh.

Also, for the sake of your name, O Yahweh, forgive my sin, because it [is] great.

For you [are] my rock and my fortress. So, for the sake of your name, lead me and guide me.

Rise up! [Be a] help for us, and redeem us for the sake of your loyal love.

Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name; and deliver us and forgive our sins for the sake of your name.

Yet he saved them for the sake of his name, to make known his might.

But you, O Yahweh my Lord, deal with me for your name's sake. Because your loyal love [is] good, deliver me,

For the sake of my brothers and my friends, I will say, "Peace [be] within you."

For the sake of the house of Yahweh our God, I will seek your good.

For the sake of your servant David, do not turn away the face of your anointed one.

For your name's sake, O Yahweh, preserve my life; in your righteousness bring me out of trouble.
