David Organizes The Levites

⁵ four thousand gatekeepers, [and] four thousand offering praise with the instruments that I have made for praise." ⁶ And David organized them [in] divisions according to the sons of Levi: to Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. ⁷ For the Gershonites [were] Ladan and Shimei.
