My little children, these things I write to you, that ye may not sin. And, if any one sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the Righteous.
who is he that condemns? It is Christ Who died, yea, rather, That was raised from the dead, Who is at the right hand of God, Who also is making intercession for us.
For there is one God, one Mediator also between God and men, a Man, Christ Jesus,
Jesus saith to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me.
my little children, for whom I am in travail again, until Christ be formed in you!
For Christ entered not into holy places made with hand, patterns of the true; but into Heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God in our behalf;
I write to you, little children, because your sins have been forgiven you for His name's sake.
Little children, let no one deceive you: he that does righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous.
Little children, let us not love in word, neither with the tongue, but in deed and in truth.
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He Who is in you, than he that is in the world.
"All things were delivered up to Me by My Father; and no one knows Who the Son is, but the Father; and Who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son purposeth to reveal Him."
Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple. And He said to him, "Behold, you have been made well; sin no more, lest something worse befall you."
Jesus, therefore, answered and said to them, "Verily, verily, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He seeth the Father doing; for whatsoever things He doeth, these also, in like manner, the Son doeth.
But I have a testimony greater than that of John; for the works which the Father hath given Me to accomplish, the very works that I am doing testify concerning Me, that the Father hath sent Me.
Work not for the food that perishes, but for the food that abides unto eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you; for Him God the Father sealed."
She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go your way; henceforth sin no more."]
even as the Father knoweth Me, and I know the Father; and I lay down My soul for the sheep.
Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye will seek Me; and, as I said to the Jews, 'Whither I go ye cannot come;' so now I say to you.
Jesus, therefore, saith to them, "Little children, have ye anything to eat?" They answered Him, "No."
What, then, shall we say? Shall we persist in sin, that grace may abound?
What, then? May we sin, because we are not under law, but under grace? It could not be!
Not as shaming you, do I write these things, but as my beloved children, admonishing you.
Awake to soberness righteously, and sin not; for some have not a knowledge of God: I say it to your shame!
Him Who knew no sin He made to be sin on our behalf, that we may become God's righteousness in Him.
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath;
For the salvation-imparting grace of God appeared to all men,
but He, because of His abiding forever, hath His priesthood unchangeable.
A religion, pure and undefiled with our God and Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their tribulation, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Therewith we bless the Lord and Father; and therewith we curse men, who have been made after the likeness of God.
but, according as He Who called you is holy, do ye yourselves become holy in all your conduct;
because Christ also suffered for sins once, a Righteous One in behalf of the unrighteous, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in flesh, but made alive in the Spirit,
Christ, therefore, having suffered in flesh, do ye also arm yourselves with the same mind; because he who suffered in flesh has ceased from sin;
that which we have seen and heard we declare to you also, that ye also may have fellow-ship with us; and our fellowship also is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.
If we say, "We have no sin," we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
And now, little children, abide in Him; that, if He shall be manifested, we may have confidence, and not be put away from Him with shame at His coming.
