Let them also that suffer according to the will of God commend themselves in well doing to a faithful Creator.

It is better to suffer for doing what is right, if suffering is God's will, than to suffer for doing evil (wrong) (sin).

When he found him, he brought him to Antioch. They met with the congregation for a whole year. They taught many people. The disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.

Then Agrippa said to Paul: In a short time you would persuade (convince) me to become a Christian.

So I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations for you, for they are your glory.

Let him not

The Lord Jehovah helps me. That is why I will not be ashamed. I have set my face like a flint (firm and resolute). I know that I will not be put to shame.

Do not be afraid. You will not suffer shame. Do not fear disgrace. You will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.

I will not be put to shame according to my earnest expectation and hope. With all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in me, whether by life or by death.

It is for this reason that I suffer these things. But I am still full of confidence, because I know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that he is able to keep safe until that day what he has entrusted to me.

Look to (consider without distractions) Jesus, the Leader (Predecessor) and Finisher (Perfecter) of our faith. He despised the shame. He endured the stake for the joy that was set before him. Then he sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
