Revival And Victory At Mizpah

⁹ And Samuel took a sucking-lamb, and offered it as a whole burnt-offering to Jehovah; and Samuel cried to Jehovah for Israel, and Jehovah answered him. ¹⁰ And as Samuel was offering up the burnt-offering, the Philistines advanced to battle against Israel. And Jehovah thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were routed before Israel. ¹¹ And the men of Israel went out of Mizpah, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, as far as below Beth-car.
