and abstaining from whatever kind is evil.

Never pay back evil for evil to anyone; aim to be above reproach in the eyes of all;

let us live decorously as in the open light of day ??no revelry or bouts of drinking, no debauchery or sensuality, no quarrelling or jealousy.

for I want to take precautions against any risk of suspicion in connection with the administration of this charity;
