Joash Is Made King

² And they went about in Judah and gathered the Levites out of all the cities of Judah and the ancient heads of Israel: and they came to Jerusalem. ³ And all the congregation made a bond with the king in the house of God. And Jehoiada said to them, "Behold, the king's son must reign over the children of David, as the LORD hath said. ⁴ This it is therefore that ye shall do. The third part of you priests and Levites which come in the Sabbath day, shall keep the doors;
