Preparations For The Temple Dedication

⁹ And they drew out the staves so that the ends of the staves were seen from the ark before the oracle. But they were not seen outside. And there it is until this day. ¹⁰ Nothing was in the ark except the two tables which Moses put in it at Horeb, when Jehovah made a covenant with the sons of Israel when they came out of Egypt. ¹¹ And it happened as the priests came out of the holy place, for all the priests present were sanctified, and did not wait by division.
